'Это называется крупный рогатый скот', сказал папа по дороге на ферму.
'Но Скотт не рогатый', ответила Элли с возмущением, 'он ведь писатель!'

The google translate version has adult American humour, yet I fear I'm missing something from the original:
"This is called cattle," Papa said on the way to the farm.
"But Scott is not horny," Ellie replied with indignation, "he's a writer!"

The pun is on the word Scott, which sounds the same in Russian as 'cattle'. So A. said 'this is called large horned cattle', and E. replied 'but Scott doesn't have horns'. Nothing horny about the exchange at all :)

So the Russians think we're cattle, and the English think we're horses?

(Definition of "oats": "A grain, which in England is generally given to horses, but in Scotland appears to support the people." Johnson: A Dictionary Of The English Language. )

Well, I'd rather be a Houyhnhnm than a Yahoo.
